Install with shadcn

In a project that uses shadcn/ui (opens in a new tab), you can add ReadymadeUI designs with the shadcn command, like any other component. Not using shadcn? The ReadymadeUI CLI is simpler.

1. Make your API key

   Open the account menu, choose AI tools and CLI and click Create key. Copy it: it’s shown only once.

2. Add the registry to components.json

   Open components.json in your project and add this:

   "registries": {
     "@readymadeui": {
       "url": "https://api.readymadeui.com/r/{name}.json",
       "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer ${READYMADEUI_API_KEY}" }
     }
   }

3. Put your key in .env.local

   READYMADEUI_API_KEY=YOUR_API_KEY

4. Add a design

   Copy the command from Install in the bar above a design (choose shadcn), or type the design’s name:

   npx shadcn@latest add @readymadeui/three-plan-pricing

   The design goes into components/readymadeui/, in your theme, with its font.
