Generate a design

Can’t find the component you need? Describe it, and AI builds it in your theme, accessible and in light and dark, like the designs in the library.

1. Open Generate

   Any of these opens it:

   • Search (Ctrl K), type what you need and choose Generate “…” with AI.
   • Generate with AI under a category’s designs, or at the end of a group in the side list.
   • Generate a design in the AI tools menu at the top.

2. Describe it

   In What do you need?, say what it is and what goes in it: “a file upload card with a progress bar and a cancel button”. Opened from a category, it’s built like that category’s designs.

3. Click Generate

   It usually takes about 20 seconds. You can close the popup: it keeps going, and tells you when it’s ready.

4. Edit, copy or keep it

   It opens in the editor, and it’s already saved in My Library.

What it can make

One component or one page section at a time: a card, a form, a pricing table, a hero. It doesn’t make whole pages or several sections at once. Ask for one of those and it says so, without using credits.

What it costs

A small component usually uses 1 or 2 credits. A page section uses more, often 3 to 10. If it fails, you get your credits back. See AI credits.
