Add designs with the CLI

One command writes a design into your project, in your theme.

Free account

The ReadymadeUI CLI works in any React, Next.js or HTML project with Tailwind CSS v4. There’s nothing to install: npx runs it.

  1. Sign in once

    In your project’s folder, run:

    npx readymadeui login

Your browser opens readymadeui.com. Check that it shows the same code as your terminal, then click Yes, sign in the CLI. No account yet? You can sign up free on that page. The CLI stays signed in for 180 days.

  2. Add a design

Use the design’s name. You’ll find the whole command under Install, in the bar above each design.

    npx readymadeui add three-plan-pricing

Don’t know the name? Describe it, and pick from the list by number:

    npx readymadeui add pricing table
  3. Use it

The CLI prints the line to import the design, and the font your theme uses. The first time, it offers to add the dark mode line to your CSS: say yes.

Where the files go

The CLI sees what your project is and writes one file in the right format: components/readymadeui/ThreePlanPricing.jsx (inside src/ if your project has one, and .tsx in TypeScript projects). HTML projects get readymadeui/three-plan-pricing.html.

Options

OptionWhat it does
--format reactAnother format than your project’s: react, nextjs or html.
--dir pathPuts the file in another folder.
--look prismUses another theme than the one saved on your account.
--yesDoesn’t ask: replaces files and sets up your CSS.
