Any dispute arising from your use of this website, a purchase or any other engagement with us is subject to the laws of India.

Intellectual Property & Usage

All resources on readymadeui.com are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a license to use these components and templates for unlimited personal and commercial projects (including client work and SaaS apps).

Components, blocks, e-commerce sections and landing pages are covered by our MIT License, and Next.js sites by our Commercial License.

Plans and Billing

Plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
When you upgrade, the change takes effect right away and you pay the prorated difference. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until your next renewal.
Each account can have one subscription at a time.
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle tries the payment again. Until it goes through, premium features are paused: AI edits, premium code, landing pages and Next.js sites. You can still sign in and update your payment method, and everything comes back as soon as the payment succeeds. If every retry fails, the plan ends.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Prices do not include tax; any tax due for your billing address is added at checkout.

AI Credits

Each plan includes a number of AI credits per month. Credits are used for AI edits, and bigger edits use more credits.
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period; unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Subscribers can buy extra credit packs. Credits from packs do not expire, but they can only be used while you have an active plan. If your plan ends, unused pack credits stay on your account and can be used again when you subscribe.
An AI request uses credits for the work the AI does, including when it declines a request it can't do, such as one outside what the editor supports. Requests turned down before the AI runs are free.
If an AI edit fails on our side, the credits it used are returned. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to process, depending on your payment provider and Paddle’s processing times. When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends.

If you have used none of the plan's AI credits, you get a full refund. If you have used some, the refund is reduced in proportion to the share of the plan's credits you used.

Credit packs are not refundable.

To request a refund, please email us at support@readymadeui.com with your purchase details and reason for the request.

After 14 days, payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
