Buying a plan
You need a free account first: sign up, confirm your email, then choose a plan on the pricing section. Payment is handled by Paddle, and your plan works as soon as it goes through.
Changing or cancelling
- Monthly to yearly, or back: switch on the pricing section while signed in.
- Cancel: open the account menu and choose Manage subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
- Card or payment details: also under Manage subscription.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your first subscription payment, or of buying Lifetime, email support@readymadeui.com for a refund. AI credits you’ve already used are taken off the amount. Credit packs can’t be refunded. See the refund policy.
If a payment fails
The account menu tells you, with an Update payment method button. Paddle tries again, and your plan picks up as soon as a payment goes through.
