FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Plans, billing and your data, in plain words. Can't find your question? Email our support team and a person replies within a working day.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get every Business feature for 14 days, with no card needed. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going, or your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted either way.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

How do team seats work?

You pay for each member who can edit. Guests who only view or comment are free, up to 50 per workspace, and you can hand a seat to someone else whenever a person leaves.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't charge you again. Your projects stay readable for 90 days after that.

Can I export my projects?

Yes, on every plan. Export a project as CSV or JSON, or the whole workspace as a ZIP with its attachments, from Settings → Data. Read the export guide.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU or the US as you choose, and audited for SOC 2 Type II every year. See how we protect it.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and schools?

Yes, 50% off any paid plan for registered nonprofits, schools and universities. Apply with your charity number or school email and we confirm within two working days.
