Can I switch plans later?

Yes, in Settings at any time. We charge or credit the difference for the days left in your billing period, so you never pay twice.

Do your prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown without VAT. UK customers pay 20% on top, and every charge comes with a VAT invoice you can claim back.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing is charged until you choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, your account turns read-only and your records stay there for you.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Yes, by Direct Debit or card on either plan. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.

Do you give refunds?

Cancel within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. After that, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a price for accountants?

Accountants and bookkeepers use Fernway free for their own practice, and get 25% off every client they bring.
